All training is conducted within a 60 minute session. Each session is designed to provide you with a well balanced workout to help you reach and exceed your fitness goals. We have small class sizes so each client receives individual attention to get the most from each training session.
Personal and small group training is done by appointment.
Team training is customized for the skill level of the team and is sport specific. We train in a customized sequential progression to meet the athletes or teams needs in order to best be prepared and reach their expectations for their season.
